The hoity-toity British style director of Vanity Fair is “offended” that Americans have blown the Miley Cyrus semi-nude pictures out of proportion. Michael Roberts, who styled the much talked-about Annie Leibovitz photo shoot, remains unapologetic about the pictures, suggesting Americans are way too uptight over the issue of child nudity.
