Tim Russert, NBC News Washington Bureau Chief and host of Meet the Press, died today of a heart attack at age 58. He collapsed at work in the NBC News Bureau in Washington. Tim had just returned from a family vacation to Italy. In 2008, Time magazine dubbed Russert one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World. Russert, who had diabetes, suffered a coronary embolism while recording a voiceover for Meet the Press at 1:14 pm ET this afternoon. Read more.
